Would you mind doing a step by step of the counter top coating? Thinking about using it. Thanks for sharing! Blessings!!!
@EmptyHammock3 ай бұрын
Sure 1) clean it completely 2) sand it with 120 grit 3) clean it again 4) paint it 5) wait 45 mins and paint it again 6) wait several days for curing that’s it

Those long door screws were likely installed by a female tenant, not a maintenance person. It’s a security tip many women are taught to make the door harder to kick in.

You asked a while back what we thought you could do to make your channel better. I thought about it and I figured I would comment. For one thing you could make this one video int0 a mini series instead of the fast forward filming to fit it into one video. You could do voice overs explaining what you are doing and the steps. Engage with the viewers and ask what parts they like best or ask for comments. Slow down the music. I hope this doesn't sound negative or pushy, I've just watched a lot of KZbin and it seems to me the most popular channels do that.

Another great video. I'm currently apt hunting myself. Although my question goes back to when you were renovating the house with your dad. It was the video where you went under the house and you used a spray product to help kill mold. What was the name of that spray product you used?

As always, great work. I used Rust oleum counter top paint on my rental and the VOCs were so bad, half my hair fell out. Yes, it is a thing. Google. 'exposure to VOCs can cause skin inflammation (111). Air pollution can cause scalp irritation, redness, itching, excess sebum secretion, dandruff, root pain, and hair loss. The condition is known as sensitive scalp syndrome (109). The condition can mimic or overlap androgenic alopecia, (Articles from Frontiers in Immunology are provided here courtesy of Frontiers Media SA).'
