Hi, My last day is Jan 15 apart form resignation acceptance mail i didn't received any mail for separation kit formalities from anyone what should I need to do

It depends on ur RMG, if rmg agrees they can reduce the notice period but mostly in that case u need to pay salary of remaining period to them

How will get resignation acceptance mail

@@balakrishnakurapati7639 once u send resignation email, after that manager/supervisor raises the reig. in the system, then you'll get acceptance mail.
