SI is 0.3 and principle considered as 1 so total amount becomes 1 + 0.3 =1.3 of itself same for 1.2 and 1.1

Yes... In a way... But why would we consider that principal part as it is anyways going to get cancelled off in the give and take transaction... So, that's why we have just focused on the interest being paid (to ankit) and interest being received (from Ishan)

Sir you are talking about 10% interest rate we have. To divide 1.1 or for future value we have to multiple 1.1 what if the interest rate is change to 20% at there also this same formula will be applicable?
