My pup 11 weeks has starting to bite and nip quite aggressively. I’ve tried ignoring, offering things she can chew but she’s going for my feet and legs which really hurt. What can I do please?

@@HowToTrainADreamDog thank you! Do you have any advice on how to progress from sit to stay/wait. My pup will sit (as long as she’s calm) but I’m not sure how to progress the training to wait or stay. In the house or garden she will come but runs just out of reach when I try to lift her. She’s just over 11 weeks and a tiny pup so can’t come down steps/stairs yet though can run up them! Thank you for any advice.
