Hey! Noticed this video was semi-recent so I have to ask... Where did you get the war-time accurate boots? What sizes were they in? Accurate footwear is pretty much a desirable thing for all Soviet reenactors so that info would be very appreciated!

So I got my boots from New Leningrad on Facebook. Mine were in size 43 (US 11). These Facebook groups do have them from time to time. You can also checkout Sovietboots.com.

I got my gear from various places, the uniforms and caps from Schusters Ru, telogreika set from eBay, Repro field gear like shovel cover from otk87 and red guard Militaria on Facebook. Reparation Mosin pouches from eBay as well as the SSh40 helmet to name a few.

Some shown were from facebook groups, but the company Veshmeshok based in Russia makes edible Repro rations, I’m pretty sure they’re still selling but don’t quote me on that.
