This is what I want to do when I come back home. I renovated one for a friend there who fell on hard times and only had an apartment, badly in need of renovation. It was a labor of love although the work men broke the entrance glass and I had to pay to replace it and the plummer caused a leak on the down stairs apartment that I had to pay to fix. it was beautiful when completed and he now has an income property.

The space looks alot better, just don't see a space for the fridge it would have been good to change the windows as well. But I understand that the budget may have been tight. When they got some more money they can change the windows. Overall job well done. Love the space now real transformation.
