Waiting patiently for the steam test of the completed plant. Had a thought, since the crank bearings are , in your words; fiddly to get to while running, how about oil cups mounted above the reverser shaft with tubes to the oil hole on the bearings.

A question: Now that you have two eccentrics on the high pressure side, could you make a single "dual" one. How would it be different from the original one (offset, etc.). I'm just curious. Otherwise very good work.

They are set at 90 degrees to the crankpins.

@@keithappleton I think he means what amount of offset did the eccentrics end up having? I think you said these eccentrics were made to 30°, they might now be set at 29° or 31° or 31.5° ect. It would be a bit hard to measure and a bit academic.

I have no idea, they both seem to just be at 90 degrees to the HP crankpin @180 degrees out of phase . . .
