I have seen a flat which is almost complete in the top floors they are doing the tiles work .. This building doesn't have a RERA approval, but the builder has given the Commencement certificate The builder verbally says that he will get OC. And now as per my knowledge completion certificate also the builder needs to get right, And he verbally says that they have RERA approval, but the RERA no the builder didn't provide me yet, I checked from a advertising website and found one RERA no for this project and when i check back in RERA it said not approved, The builder says he won't mention about the RERA,OC,&CC in the agreement,, Should I consider buying this property ??

Please elaborate a case where provisional or conditional CC is issued for offering possession by builder. Also in which states OC is not required for registration.

Sir, I booked and purchased a flat where 2 wings construction is there. My wing is completed but another wing is under construction and now stopped because of covid as no labour. Bank made last payment of my flat and I have registered sale deed too. But now I want to transfer loan from one PLI to other. Existing PLI is asking for completion certificate to avail the benefit of PMAY Subsidy which is already credit in my account, and said that otherwise the subsidy will be returned back to CNA in case of transfer. I ask for completion certificate to builder but he is saying that completion certificate cannot be obtained. Now what to do? Please advice.

Sirji agar building 30 32 years purana hai... Mumbai ki baat kar raha hu...usme tab panchayat CC hi mila karta thaa... After 2006 or 2007 shayad OC mandatory kar diya gaya ....now if I'm willing to purchase any flat jo building 30 years purani ho toh waha OC to hai hi nahi sirf CC , 7/12 and blueprint.... yehi hai ....toh kya ye flat illegal hai ???... agar nahi toh iska suitable solution kya hai... ??
