He just told Chance "Keep talking and playing with me and I'ma pull your card for all to see"! Joe likes to say he is retired, but he IS in the industry. He can easily provide the proof that Chance is signed and not independent. That independent label is good for his fans, but that nigga got a deal, guaranteed.
