So when it comes to clothes, one of the most popular brands of all-time is Ralph Lauren's long-running Polo brand. Rappers such as Kanye, 2 Chainz, and ASAP Ferg amongst others have adopted the brand into hip hop's subculture, which is the subject of Complex's new documentary, "Horse Power". But after more than 50 years of clothing, plenty of imitators have made much cheaper versions of the threads, so is Polo equal to the high-priced hype? Speedy finds out in this episode.

Some people approach polo with a hype beast mentality, but let's ignore them. I'm repping for collectors who love Ralph for its classic styling and interesting details. I wear Ralph almost exclusively, but I don't go around pretending the quality is way better than every other brand on the market. For me, it's just the fact that they make iconic raincoats with firehooks, duffle coats, and buffalo plaid moccasins etc... You know, garments that aren't very "hip" or common. Its fun layering the jackets and sweaters in a classic way. Some us collect and wear it exclusively because it's fun being part of crew, sort of like a brotherhood. But there's no hype here though. Just enjoying the brand, staying well dressed, and having fun with like minded collectors.

I got all polo because u can wear it everyday an it's made for all occasions. Polo is not cheap either it competes with only itself maybe people don't release but Ralph Lauren got purple label which is high end an they just discontinued their black label. Polo could go from as low as I say $100 to $10g's and better depending on what your purchasing.
