I ate a carolina reaper and it was the worst experience of my life. I can hardly handle mild sauces so you can only imagine how bad this was lmao. I puked 10+ times and every time I puked, the burn would come back like I had just ate another one. I stepped outside into the freezing cold of winter to puke and couldn't even feel the cold that's how bad it was. I don't even know if someone could pay me to do it again. And just when I thought it was over, an hour or so later, I felt awful and puked again lol.

To be honest you have to remember that Klaus is literally a connoisseur of chilli, and i think it would be unfair to call Sean a rookie as well, the man gets paid to eat hot shit :D The pepper is just really really REALLY spicy, i have eaten fresh chillies but they were baby stuff compared to a reaper (it was still far beyond what i could handle). When a guy like Klaus reacts this heavy, i think it's safe to say that most of us would react far worse. People have been hospitalized for eating this pepper dude, on several occasions, it's no joke :P

I've eaten them also, exactly like the ones they had and I've also had the dried out ones you can buy in sealed packets. They're not wrong about the flavour, it's very intense but tasty and yeah it murders you. It also keeps you awake for hours with stomach pains. I would NOT recommend mixing with alcohol or carbonated drinks, even though they do in this video, as it intensifies the flavour and burns your mouth even more. If you've ever watched the Hot Ones show, there's a sauce on there that everyone complains about and it's called Da Bomb. It's like the 4th hottest sauce they have, it's technically like 10% as hot as a carolina reaper, yet it tastes like chemicals and shit, there's no real flavours in it at all.
