I was under the impression that system 2 is conscious or slow thinking and thus the central route should be system 2 and not system 1 as describe in the video. Otherwise a great video, thanks!

You're absolutely correct, looks like I misspoke here. The central route would be akin to System 2 thinking which is slow and deliberate. Thanks for catching this!

i dont think different type of statistical tests such as t-test and chi square are explained in these videos :(

You're right, they aren't :( They aren't usually covered in an introductory psychology course so I haven't included them in this series. I am considering making a series of videos that would correspond to a statistics for psychology course at some point in the future, once I've finished all the intro psych videos. Now at know at least one person might be interested in that :)

Yes please do make that series! :) i had it in my masters but now i forgot all of it :D wanted to check basics of it. have an important entrance exam, any suggestions which book/site i can find info in?
