Hi sir.. I'm scared of FESS surgery because of the eye complication which may occur post-surgery. What is the percentage of such major complication? And should I avoid the surgery just because of this?

Sir 2years back nan maxilari polyp surgery panen. 6 month aa under eye swelling and pain iruku. Remba neeram ethaum patha eye pain iruku. Normal eye checkup panen normal nu sonanga. Enna pananu theryala. Thirumpa polyp varuma. Surgery panna ma cure pana mudiuma.
