Hey Zach I’m Kevin from Zelda Music Theory. Literally started making videos 3 months ago but growing fast. LOVE this style of video. It was so much fun! Just wanted to give that feedback/encouragement. Also I don’t really compose, I’m more like a theory nerd, but would love to pick your brain on what DAW you use and which tools/things you consider essential. Thanks man! Just checked out your channel and looks great, I think you've got some serious growth potential with Zelda theory stuff 🙂 I think what you've got works fine for the kind of content you do! Maybe check out "Classroom Maestro" if you want to play with any visual theory aspects, and/or "MIDIKeys" for a keyboard visualizer. OBS is good for multiple camera angles in realtime as well! I use Logic Pro and a ton of other stuff, but it's all mostly for my client work and an extension of that for KZbin. I wouldn't recommend the extra gadgets I've got unless you're heading in that direction. Cheers!

I love this analysis! I think one of the things I routinely neglect in my own compositions is this sense of space and silence, which in turn makes scores feel larger than life without being busy.
