My parents have this aspect in their composite chart and I saw a lot of this playing out when I was growing up. Very toxic situation and the distance that occurred was when my mother went to prison. They are still together but they do live different lives...you rarely see them in the same room these days. This aspect would definitely be a deal breaker for me.

My parents had this and my mom felt trapped. She couldn't leave my dad. Definitely love/hate. My mom coped by doing her own thing as she was very social and he rarely left the house. They had almost nothing in common. My dad was perfectly content and didn't understand why she was so unhappy. He never would have left her. She ended up spending the last few years of her life in bed hating to leave her room since she didn't want to see my dad in the kitchen where he spent most of his time. She started drinking heavily with my dad too since he wouldn't quit and ultimately the alcohol helped to end her life early. They did have some really good aspects too which probably held them together as long as they were, but it was impossible for my mom to leave him, even though it got volatile often (mostly when she was drunk) and they should have parted decades ago. (They also had Sun and Moon in hard aspect with Pluto and Mars square Moon)

I love these videos but only because they make me really look at myself. I have this aspect myself and I never noticed how I can't be in relationships that feel too safe, like it doesn't feel real without a conflict. However, I ONLY like it when it's all under my control, like Jewel said "Pluto puts the spell on venus." That's me I'm Pluto and I always feel like when my partners don't give me what I think I need or want in that moment, I make trouble, whether it be flirting with other people in front of them, dressing more provocatively and being a cold ass tease, being distant and then coming back out of nowhere. All for what?? I wanted a reaction out of them that was angry and jealous enough that proved that they really loved me because the sugary love and kisses just wasn't enough. It's kid of childish and I know I have much to work on but this aspect really makes me believe that love shouldn't be any other way if it's actually real.

I have this in our composite chart with my good friend (we’re male and female friend) and we also have venus square pluto in synastry as a double whammy. I think in the Davison we have venus opposite pluto. We’ve managed to stay real friends for a long time and we really care a lot about each other. We’re always doing things to show our appreciation. I honestly don’t think anyone can replace him. I fully trust him. Funnily when I have this aspect with other friends it’s so intoxicating and obsessive.

I have had a previous relationship where it played out in composite only and one other relationship where it played out in synastry only. My current is my first where it is both! I had this fatal attraction with someone that went for 11 years on & off. (My Saturn/So node was also conj his Venus & opp his Moon/my No North), he had the square natally and we also had it in synastry & the composite. (He was Venus, I was Sun/Pluto.) I have Venus in Scorpio to complete the theme. We brawled and battled and came back together but it was waaaaaaay too psycho for us to ever get a handle on it. This is in the composite of someone I am considering, the pluto is also conjunct the moon. In synastry we have his mars squaring my mars conjunct pluto. There are also some very nice , good, sweet aspects between us, but I don't know if these are going to turn out to be deal breakers. we have mutual pluto-moon semi-sextiles (0 degrees) , but not sure what that means.

@@TheVanillaaaSky I have this combination with 2 of my ex boyfriends, they were both lifechanging relationships, on and off, breakup, try again, one was 2015, second one last year, im still in contact with both of them, because im into astrology I spoke with both of them about our charts and there is a understanding between us of karmic lessons and transformation that needed to happen. I do see that they have changed in some ways, I changed too, not sure if reconciliation would be susscesful at this point, it is a long painful process, and it required good amount of separation in order to realise, process and change yourself on your own. Coming together again can test it. We tried few times, so far unsuccesful but there is a progress, our connection matured, there is more respect and understanding, love was always there. However looking at our composite chart we do have a lot of good aspects, positive sun, venus, mars, saturn aspects, we dont have any neptune or uranus hard contacts so maybe this is why we are still in each others lives. It is not associated with that as much as some other contacts are. It is a tough one but there are gifts hidden in it. In the natal chart it means cyclical breakdown of the identity- identity crisis and they are very cryptic people who hide their personas somewhat. Having it in the natal and in synastry points to a Plutonian looking for a plutonic relationship. Those with Sun square pluto in the natal are hard to push around though and are somewhat spoiling for a fight so this aspect in synastry can nipped in the bud if it goes sour soon.

I had pluto in scorpio square venus in aquarius. It manifested in my ex constantly putting his friends over our relationship. Even if we were on a vacation that was meant to be for "Us" his thoughts were always on his friends. Pluto in Scorpio square Venus in aquarius composite. Im plutonic in my natal but i dont have Scorpio placements. If you want to know the natal placements just ask! The way it manifested was me wanting intimacy with them in a scorpio manner and they wanted to constantly be with their friends. Aquarius is very asexual. Being in a relationship with a friend and no seggs is okay with them. Completely independent and everyone is involved. If their friends don't like you they chose their friends over you.​ This aspect (for me) is a sign for incompatibility. I will NEVER date someone if i see this aspect ever again. Me and my best friend have this in our composite chart. We've had a pretty intense relationship from the beginning. You said Scorpio, then Libra... so it is Scorpio or Libra? Scorpio is inconjunct to Gemini not square, Libra is trine you Gemini. You can’t have always the same aspect with everyone in the composites charts because everyone has a different Venus.

@Marie Maerten I have met a couple who were both plutonic and this is my guess about how this aspect can be seen in lifelasting relationships. This will be long. They are both men. Men A has scorpio mercury, venus and pluto in the natal chart. A lot of water, lacking earth and fire. Men B has no scorpio stuff (only generational pluto), but he has venus in taurus and moon in aquarius, SO his pluto is opposite his venus and squares his moon natally. He really shows these plutonic vibes being sexy, while man A hides too well this side of him. I don't know if this is because they are both male OR because they both have some aquarius stuff (man A has aquarius mars ALMOST conjunct man B's moon in aquarius), but they look like the best friends for life couple. In the synastry they are both pluto. Man A's pluto squares man B's moon and is opposite his venus (though man B has this same aspect natally) and man B's pluto squares man A's aqua mars (though man A has this aspect natally). I think man B's pluto is near to trine man A's pisces moon, but man B also has his mercury in a tight conjunction to man A's moon, so maybe that softens the plutonic vibes, hm. What I have seen through the years is this: man A is the one who felt the need to approach man B. Man B thought man A was the cute type, because he seemed shy when being a teenager (libra sun and pisces moon, yep). Man B is aries sun and aquarius moon, so he was the extrovert here. Man A, on the other hand, thought immediately he wanted to be friends with man B and he made the first move. He felt the pull first and noticed quite fast the connection they were starting to develop. He's the mercury in scorpio, such a mind reader. He would act jealous when other friends got near man B or react agressively with man B (moon exacerbating his mars I guess, it was a new feeling for him, due to his lack of fire). HOWEVER, as time went by, man B became more... He started to show more his jealous side and would stop talking sweet things about man A. He became more... erratic. If man A had another plans of left him hanging when they had plans together, he reacted. He became mad and he would ignore man A for good. Maybe being the moon in the mars-moon (almost) synastry aspect made him to be more sensitive. Natally man B is not sensitive at all, with his aqua moon, mars in capri and all that, hm. I am guessing he learned to protect himself by being manipulative. He would punish man A making him jealous or ignoring him. He even started to date a girl for a fight they had. But man A was not jealous at all LOL. The maturity and timing was just... It's as if man B became more the plutonian person over the years and man A became less plutonian. Or maybe he realized and noticed first (just like he did when they first met) that the bond they share is unbreakable. Or he just learned to hide even better his jealousy, I don't know. Man A just reacts chill (aqua mars) when man B tries to make him mad. But he would still react agressively when the moon doesn't pretend to make him mad and others get near him... I noticed that if he guesses man B is making it on purpose, he just laughs it off and lets him be. However, since he has noticed man B is more aware of their dynamic, he now tries to make up for him. Like... saying sorry and try to make the other happy, say some chessy or romantic things. He always talks good about man B, like he puts him in some kind of pedestal, while man B never admits publicly how deep he feels for man A. He even tells man A some really harsh critique, but man A shakes it off and he seems not affected. In the composite they have sun in capricorn conjunct mercury and mars, tight orb. The moon in the middle of aquarius and pisces, in trine with pluto. Venus in aquarius squaring pluto in scorpio. I think these two last (venus in aquarius and pluto trine moon) are the ones that make everything bearable. They are really open about communication, and I know because of man A that they both talk about the most unusual things, things they would not tell anybody else (man A didn't want to tell lol). They don't live together, man B seems veeery reluctant to that, but they have certain traditions they always do together (their capri sun is in 4th house). I have met a couple who were both plutonic and this is my guess about how this aspect can be seen in lifelasting relationships. This will be long. They are both men. Men A has scorpio mercury, venus and pluto in the natal chart. A lot of water, lacking earth and fire. Men B has no scorpio stuff (only generational pluto), but he has venus in taurus and moon in aquarius, SO his pluto is opposite his venus and squares his moon natally. He really shows these plutonic vibes being sexy, while man A hides too well this side of him. I don't know if this is because they are both male OR because they both have some aquarius stuff (man A has aquarius mars ALMOST conjunct man B's moon in aquarius), but they look like the best friends for life couple. I do the silent anger thing, and so does my BF. We have this composite aspect. You just looked at our charts :-) I wonder if we are both the Pluto people and not just one of us. BF has a Libra moon conj my Pluto and HIS Pluto Rx conjunct my mars in synastry. Neither of us are Pluto people natally. We are both EXTREMELY attracted to each other like you said in this video. And when you say there is a lack of compatibility in an area... that's true as well. BF isn't as romantic as I would prefer him to be. Great video!
