I highly recommend you try using improved stun (T3B) instead of blow-through on bullet hell, the increased stun chance on ricochet bullets lets you stun-lock entire hordes. Granted, if you intend to kill the horde outright, your ammo efficiency won't be incredible, but the sheer safety you can grant yourself and your teammates with the stuns more than makes up for it in my opinion. In tier four I prefer to take damage to help make up for the overclock's damage penalty, but many players prefer T4B. Tier 5 is between spreading heat with a hot bullets ricochet, or letting the bugs stunned around you get cleared out by aggressive venting. Despite the accuracy penalty on bullet hell, it serves very well at killing even distant high value targets on the ground/walls, but may struggle a little bit with flying enemies and a lot with larger single targets. Lead spray BRT-17 makes a pretty good complement, capable of taking out mactera as long as they aren't too far away and mag-dumping weakpoints, but try not to end up in a situation where you need to kill fester fleas...
