.....the fitted version did got the branche tap-off at the high side of the horizontal pipe, the other did not. ...both versions did not got a dripleg and blowdown valve in the vertical branch. ....regardless to say that the FERRET system is just awesome.....greetings

Love black piping ...,old school..plex looks great..,but I like the old school look in my home shop..im.an old pipe fitter..in my late 50,s..it might take longer..to install..but..iron is more durable..I have jobs 30 yrs ago not leaking..air lines ..in a factory..I take pride in my work..its my custom job..and I stand by my work..I do..as well as gas lines I install as well ..ty for the video..awsome product..American iron is it...old school .

The iron system will probably out last the plastic/aluminum system by about 200 years.

Almost every air piping diy they warn against using "plastic" due to it becoming brittle and cracks. I don't remember how long it takes but it's likely after the guarantee is over. ;-)

I pipes themselves are aluminum from the Airnet system, only the fittings have plastic on them. Seems to be a pretty good copy of the DanAm Air system.

was there ever a cost comparison? This is an OLD video, so any pricing info is long since outdated, but that's the only reason I clicked into this vid, and discovered it was just a long form advertisement. Retired DIY guys frequently have more time than money, so a few extra hours hanging black pipe is inconsequential.

Use airpro hdpe it is cheapier than al piping
