It is not concrete... It is cement mortar cubes.. Mix ratio is 1:3 Because they have taken 200 grams of cement and 600 grams of standard sand

Because you have passed Job Mix 31N / mm2. While the strength of our cub comes in average 28.33N / mm2 15% (+ -). Sir, I am making a mistake or from the officer. Please tell me something about this topic.

As per IS 456 Cube is checked for characteristic strength not for target strength so your officer is wrong.
