Can you take a online comptia exam with a voucher code for that exam? Will that make the price less?

I do not believe that taking the exam online will cost less than in person. I'd check the CompTIA website to get more accurate information, as they may make changes that we're unaware of.

Can i enroll in comptia a+ and study without purchasing a voucher until a little later ? Sorry im new to this and with covid everything is going crazy

You sure can. There are only a few courses, like ITIL, that require an exam voucher beforehand.
