I would confess. Then immediately feel guilty and then confess my guilt and that maybe I shouldn’t have said that. Looking for reassurance for my confession. Then I would get the reassurance which would make me feel guilty like I forced them. Exhausting!

Hi Nick I’d like to get your guidance on this particular fear as it’s sensorimotor related, I’ve have had much success with sensorimotor (breathing) in the past but this has been the hardest one yet. Lately I’ve had regular SVT’s so now I’m super super conscious of my heartbeat especially when it’s beating faster like at the gym or cardio or big crowds or even sometimes 1 on 1 conversation and this makes me anxious that I may have an svt and look stupid in the public eye. It also triggers my manual breathing in those situations which I try to allow as best I can to play out but inevitably end up trying to control to accomodate my pounding heartbeat due to the fear of an svt and looking stupid and weird infront of people like collapsing etc it honestly feels like I forgot how to breathe to accomodate my heartbeat at different beat rates. So it switches between the 2. It’s been very rough these past couple months. But I want to break free of this as I have with other fears in the past. Please if you can guide me with what to dispute. I don’t know where to start, whether my manual breathing, my heartbeat/svt, or fear of rejection and looking weird due to high anxiety from both of those fears. I hope this made sense lol.
