Great build! Appreciate showing the mistakes too instead of editing the out

@@matuzaato I wish I fan keep things perfect. But it is kinda fun to fix those problems too, right?

Great to see the whole process Joseph! I'm feeling inspired... Perhaps it's time for a new rig?!

Good video Joseph! I have been wanting to try the AP201 with an air cooler. With the ATX power supply, it looked to have a lot of room.

@@REMISCStv yeah! Just don't orient it if you have the inline pump. :)

I use the Phantom Spirit to cool a 7800X3D in the AP201, works well.

A bit funny, I commented on your Terra video when I was putting my Terra together, and I now have the AP201. If this trend continues your next video will be of the Lian Li Dan Cases A3. :)

That is more than enough thermal paste, i wouldnt have put more.. maybe slightly less even lol

@@RainOrbs I thought it has to cover the entire surface of the 'lid'. It was my first time with the larger AM5, so didn't know what was right.
@RainOrbs4 күн бұрын
@@JosephKim a pea size is good, when screwing down it creates pressure and causes the paste to spread fully over the surface, you might even have excess pooring out but it's no harm, nice build!
@JosephKim4 күн бұрын
@@RainOrbs I suppose the pea size wisdom continues with AM5! Will do that next time. 😁
@stabizisback4 күн бұрын
@@JosephKim I would also use a AM5 secure frame. It doesnt improve cooling much, but they are cheap and make cleaning up thermal paste so much easier if you are changing cooler, paste or whatever.

@@stabizisback thanks for the suggestion! Putting one in the order to test it out!
