Game dev has progressed a lot since GTA V. No doubt the cities will be handcrafted but there are great tools that could populate huge parts of nature based on smart rule sets in a fraction of time. I have no worries that twice as big or even bigger will result in a lack of quality. I'd probably go on a fun 3 day hiking trip before I'll start any mission.

Hot take maybe, but as a lesbian, I would be upset if I didn’t see jokes directed at gay people, and I have trans friends who play GTA who stated that would miss the trans humor. I think thus far they do a good job of parodying people of all types equally. No one is safe. I hope that doesn’t change. Brutal, unfiltered humor is a big part of the R* charm IMO. Don’t blame the writers. It’s the higher ups who have to play it safe. Supposedly Jason Schreier said Rockstar told the writers to tone it down against minorities and the LGBT. I’ve always looked GTA 5 as the last fun comedic GTA but for a good reason. And with red dead redemption 2 it was clear they wanna make mature games. GTA V trailer 1 was released on November 2, 2011, and trailer 2 was released on November 14 in November 2012, which is a year and 12 days. I reckon that it will be similar this time around, and trailer 2 for GTA VI will be released on the week of December 16.

Question for the guys, as GTA Online has introduced so many new features throughout the years, are we expecting them to be included as standard in GTA 6? Or will Rockstar hold back on including these features in the base game?

@ Mostly general quality of life features, for example the amount of new planes included in GTA Online compared to GTA 5 took it to a whole new level, you had so many choices and the variety was excellent. As these options are now the norm in GTA online, would you think that GTA 6 would have them included as standard, or will GTA 6 be reduced in scope? If so, would that be taking a backward step for some players who have experienced say 30 different plane options, to now having only 4 or 5? (My point isn’t just for planes, it could be cars, bikes, boats, guns etc) but I’d be interested to hear your take on whether you think the features and additions brought in to GTA Online, will in the most part, be included as part of GTA 6, or do you think the game will follow a similar path like GTA 5 and save all the extras for when GTA 6 Online eventually comes out? Due to cultural shifts in the world, I think the report about the jokes is kind of on-brand and realistic, but also likely preferring a narrative over cold hard facts, given gays and other minorities were never a common target in the crude humor. The most common is parody of US Pop Culture and general society. All I know, is that it's reasonable to assume this game will take more of the RDR2 DNA where it's on the more serious side and take a well deserved break from the tired action movie humor from GTA V and Online. The latest updates of GTA Online really feels almost childish with its take on the humor, it's more boring than funny, not MCU bad though thankfully. I just dread the fact that anti-woke echo chambers are gonna eat up what Jason said about it. Makes me hope R* will make a creative jab against them and prove to people they're crazy like the woke echo chambers to alleviate the worry.

I know people will be taken back when saying this,But GTA 6 i think will be roughly 3X the size of Red dead 2 and GTA 5,My reason is because the technology they are using can render insane distances and generate land and objects,If you look at trailer 1,You can see multiple “cities” and they are rendered very clearly yet miles away,Even the woodlands and swamps are gigantic as big as red dead,Safe to say the scale will be massive.
