Kieran, you’ve got this knack of making me teary-eyed watching your films and that’s all about you gutting it out and getting it done. Like the announcer said (paraphrasing): find the hero you need, yourself. You do that so well. Thanks for the example. Congrats, buddy.

Great job. I really love your enthusiasm. I saw your 2023 video on Saturday evening, before this year's up run. It was surreal chatting to you at Phezulu, when you asked me which hill this was. I was confused by the question because that was just a bump. 😅. I'll be on the side of the road again in Westville next year for the down run. 👍

done 2 ups and 1 down and the down destroyed me. My quads were finished. Much prefer the up. Did you not have cup a soup at the finish...that is the bomb! as for the cokes...after years of running in SA you get used to the coke/water mix. Gives you a real boost. you don't get any coke in water tables in europe though, so have had to adjust
@Manvmiles5 ай бұрын
Congrats on your races. I looked at the soup tent and just couldn't get my head straight to get there! But now I know a cup of tea is my secret weapon for after. We have flat coke here a lot on ultra trail but I don't tend to drink it.
