What's up Guys. Welcome or Welcome back to my channel. Today I am watching one of the best action/thrillers that was made in the 90's in my opinion. The film was absolutely fun to watch and was loaded with action from beginning to end. Nicholas Cage gave a fantastic performance in this movie. I truly did not remember a single thing about the movie so I felt like this was my first time watching it. You will see in reaction my thoughts and how much I enjoyed the film.

I always thought the one of the most amusing... I guess you could call it a twist?? Is that the one that was the "worst" of them, that everyone was afraid of (garland Greene) literally did NOTHING (during this event).. he didn't hurt the little girl.... he didn't even help the other cons.. he just sat there and sort of took everything in, being creepy and giving hilarious commentary... I'm. not downing the fact that he has a history as a monster.. but if you notice, during this movie.. he literally does nothing except watch and commentate LOL... makes his character almost likable...lol... because Steve Buscemi killed this role.

YES!!! This movie is Die Hard on a plane! Love it! Saw this on VHS Christmas Day 1997! Completely blew me away. Also, my dad is in the hospital, he was attacked/stabbed this morning by some guy wanting to take his truck. He's in stable condition. Pray for me and my family.😔

I haven't watched this since it appeared in the theaters. Nicholas Cage's southern drawl always cracks me up and John Malkovich's Cyrus the Virus is as creepy as ever! Great supporting cast including Dave Chappelle, Steve Buscemi, John Cusack and Danny Trejo. Nice reaction, Devin! Please check out The Deer Hunter with Robert De Niro and Christopher Walken.

I loved every minute of this, incredible movie bro. I hate that Poe got convicted, that guy at the bar deserved to get his ass kicked, he was too disrespectful. But I love that Poe even after being convicted still held on to his ranger principles. Also agree with you about the co-pilot, he leaving the cockpit to control the situation was the worst idea, he just gave them access to the cockpit. Suggestion: *Rescue Dawn (2006)*

Poe wouldn’t have gotten convicted if that guy hadn’t picked up the knife when they ran off. They had no proof Poe’s life was in danger.

I was confused at first about why Poe got convicted when everyone was pretty much drunk, the men provoked the fight to happen, it was 3 against 1 (which is almost an even fight), and the one dude took out a knife. It wasn't until I realized that the knife wasn't there to be found that sealed Poe's fate.

Con Air is a classic movie. You should definitely check out The Rock (1995) with Nic Cage, Drive (2011), The Untouchables (1987), Snatch (2000), The Postman (1995), Universal Solder with JCVD.

I've heard a lot of people make fun of Nicholas Cage in this movie, particularly for his southern accent. But this was one of my favorite movies as a kid. I thought he was so badass when he power-walked his way to the front of the plane, getting shot in the arm without even flinching. Lol I wanted to be him in that movie, as a kid. I thought Cryus was pretty cool as well, though he was evil. I liked how intelligent and in command his character was. There were a lot of great characters in this one. Even the convict that acted as the pilot. Lol But I did recently learn about how unrealistic this movie is in portraying the real Con Air. An huge ex-jewel thief, named Larry Lawton, talked about this movie on his KZbin channel and contrasted it with his terrible experience of actually being on Con Air multiple times. It's definitely worth the watch. But even though the movie has inaccuracies, I still think it's a badass movie. Lol

Oh man, one of my favorites, watched this with my dad a ton growing up. "What is wrong with him?" "My first guess would be... A lot." You Don't! Treat! Women! Like! That!!!" "Make a move and the bunny gets it." "Beautiful? Sunsets are beautiful. Newborn babies are beautiful. This, this is fucking spectacular." So many great freaking lines and moments. Keep bringing us these great films and reactions, my dude! Oh, and I want to note that, as far as the little girl that Green, the crazy serial killer guy, had a tea party with goes, there's a theory/interpretation that she was a figment of his imagination. I kind of like the idea, it seems to fit. And I'm still hoping for a reaction to another Cage classic, Lord of War!

Hard Boiled may be the most insanely violent movie I've ever seen. If it weren't so stylized, it would be unwatchable. But it's so well staged and shot and so over-the-top that it's... really impossible to describe but so fun to watch. I'm so glad I saw it projected, even in with rotten subtitles and mangy print (which is all you could see when it was in limited release here). Fun fact: John Woo damn near blew up Chow Yun-Fat in the hallway scene (you'll know which one).

This movie made me cry man, my friend was in a similar situation. Unfortunately he is still in jail since 1999. He has 8 black belts and is a navy seal, he was at a bar and got attacked by a group of neo Nazis that were going to kill him. He won the fight and killed 3 of them while defending himself. The only difference, he couldn't walk away like Poe, they ambushed him. He got 40 years without parole because he killed three neo Nazis, that's when, as a white person myself realized, the justice system is unfair to people of color. If he was white, he would be free right now. Sorry for the rant, but this movie always does that to me. Sempre Fi Devon.

Poe is a example even though it’s fiction in a movie of how unjust the US Criminal court system is because there’s been 1000’s of individuals who have been convicted who were wrongly convicted or killed someone in self defense but was still convicted just like Mumia Abu Jamal
