@EmpyreanLightASMR Жыл бұрын
Welllll I agree. But some of his stuff from 2000 to 2005 has me in tears. You can't find it on his channel because it's usually stuff at the bottom of the monologue when Max plays him over to the desk (music rights issue) and then he'll banter with Max. That material is pure improv, it's just like the podcast before podcasts even were a thing, and Conan was as zany and bursting with energy and depression as ever. That said, podcast Conan is basically at the top of his game. His talk show stuff was holding him back imo.
@alno2554 Жыл бұрын
I do remember one podcast where Conan said of himself about being on late night he was so used to asking “How are you?” and it feeling fake. Something like that. It was in a podcast when him and Sona bickered about him asking how she was at the start. But your comment brought that up in my mind. Maybe because he feels more comfortable with Sona and Matt where he’s more relaxed and at ease, less pressure?

I have T-Mobile. Its terrible. I have no signal inside my house except next to one window, and cant talk on the phone in my car anywhere near my house, or in the mountains, or if im out hiking. I basically have to drive into a coverage zone if I need to call someone, or i have to sit directly in front of that one window like I am now. The only upside to T-Mobile is that Im not giving money to the robber barons over at Verizon, who admittedly have better service but force you to pay twice as much as a phone is worth to get one that works on their network, and sucker you into paying for that Assurion scam which doesnt actually cover any repairs and wont honor replacements of phones theyve been taking your money for.
