No, this is normal in Korea. You drink out with your friends, the subway and bus system ends service at midnight, a taxi home is too expensive and your home is far away. The only viable option is to either hope the university library is 24 hours open, a study cafe and just order an ice americano every few hours or so, or go to a PC bang to just chill until public transportation restarts in the morning to get home. @@javierjos7625

bobbyd That does not disprove what i said...that there are exceptions does not mean that i am wrong since i never said all girls and even so if they can see that you are not ugly or/and fat and don't live in your mom's basement at 25 but are still a gamer then they will think you are a rarity among gamers because there is a lot of negative stigma surrounding "nerdy" stuff as a whole so people that aren't into that stuff (especially girls and sporty guys i'd say from experience) judge people that are into that stuff very harsly.

He possibly learned through American movies/games and if you learn it that way, you often learn the accent with it. When he said 'I kinda like it' there was no way he sounded Korean, the "Kindah-lyekid"-pronunciation makes it American.

no, there are english acadamies in korea, we go there since elementry for about a total of 10hours a week. we memorize vocabularies and talk in english^^ there are some students who work harder than others: like that guy
