Pretty sure you can get sand reapers without spending coins. I forget how exactly but I remember to get them you needed to swim under water and get into a semi secret area. Might’ve changed it in the update idk.

@@conanslounge4274 I did check and yea there are spawns in a water temple. You take the boat by dragons embrace in the jungle and then go under water and in one of the temples under there has a skull boss monster and a bunch of larva lookin things on the ground. Pick those up and put em in a animal pen.

May 2023: The cooking pot and the book for the witch doctor is not longer in the game. The scorpion eggs are not 100% drop And holy sh*t ist the black yeti strong. My lvl 14 killed the scorpion queen alone.

Can the with doctor journal still be found as of age of sorcery update? I've gone there four or five times now and I've never seen it there...

No, unfortunately not. Funcom removed the recipe. You can drop the recipe via the admin panel

From what I can gather from the comments of others they were removed and then put back in but made rare. At least that was the case when they were written (a year ago.)

Are the giants only available with DLC purchase? Trying to figure out what pets require DLC to even get.

All are available in normal play with no DLCs. You have a higher chance of getting the boss creatures if you put special shadow flavored food in the animal stable beforehand

@@conanslounge4274 alright cool. I went over to try seeing about getting a giant but she wasn't eltherem I destroyed the entire base and wasn't able to find daughter of Yhir. Only yhir. She didnt have the horn for the giant so was trying to figure out if that was a DLC pet. This though showed my where to get rocknose. Also think the salamander babies is broken. I found 1 probably about 2 weeks ago now. Haven't found any babies since. Also heard that undead creatures are no longer available as of update 3.0 Not sure if that's only on ps4 or throughout.

@@kianaone2610 The witch doctor recipe was removed in 3.0. But I think that you will get them later in the battle pass or in the shop.

I know this spot. Back then, the horses spawned there regularly. Pretty rare now

So salamander hatchlings are removed? That was confusing. I've been hunting for those lil farts all day now and only when I put foliage on low and exit to main menu a bunch of times 1 of them happen to pop up at those shipwrecks. Playing solo. Been going at this literally all day, about 8 hours now.

Can you not get sand reapers from the fish dungeon anymore (I forget the name) I remember getting them from one of the boss rooms before

@@conanslounge4274 Yes one of the boss rooms has these worms that spawn and try to bite you but you can pick them up and put them in the animal pen to get sand reapers. I remember doing it on a official server but it was a bit ago so might of changed.

@@Moth86 I know that spot with the worms. It may well be that Funcom changed it. Wouldn't be the first time changing or removing spawn locations. But I'll test it right away and let you know.
