The opposite of "more," in this case, could be "lesser." So instead of having more of something, Flula jokes "lesser" as it would be the antonym of "more."

So for those not from the US or Canada or not an outdoor person that adapted that culture, like me, I DuckDuckGo'ed it: A S'More is a campfire snack made out of a marshmellow topped with a piece of chocolate and put between Graham Crackers (made with US originated flour and honey or cinamm flavour). I bet he wanted to make that joke since he first heard about S'Mores and he knew when Conan first mentioned marshmellows that this was the moment.
