King Bunny is because Conan was born in the year of the rabbit. Many years later, Andy wore a horse costume on the CONAN show on TBS. Interestingly, Andy was born in the year of the horse!

That's a 'Late Night' pickle that Letterman gave Conan as a welcome gift, thus starting a tradition of passing the pickle to the newest host of Late Night. When Conan moved over to Tonight Show he handed the pickle to Fallon, and Fallon then passed it to Meyers :)

Or Conan did actually went crazy. Conan spoke on the podcast that he realized he was depressed and anxious for the first time during his tenure on Late Night. He might have taken a break and got some help. That's just a guess tho.
