Conan was (and still is) such a handsome guy. Plus a very funny and smart host. 😍

Funny skit, and the Matt Lauer dart board was more appropriate than they realized!

This looks like it's from 1996 or 1997, given that the set is the second one they used and that Conan still looks like a baby. His face and voice didn't really start changing until after 1998.

He also said “97” in the beginning

I remember watching this sketch back when I was a kid.. we had a black and white TV and didnt have any clue who Conan or Leno or any other talk show host was.. but yes, I remember me and my brother laughing at this sketch despite we were not very good with the language then .. good days :)

Somebody may have pointed this out already, but at 2:15 the marquee behind Conan says "Lone Star". Probably just a coincidence but a pretty nice one considering...

Yeah. Andy only came back to Conan for survival, since his comedy career never took off. Back in the day they were a better team

Oh my God! I remember when this aired. Hadn't thought about it for years. You kick fuckin' ass! These shows always were being pulled/driven in three directions: childish innocence, vulgar bluster, and total absurdity. TV heaven.

I guess you're too young to know this, but yeah, back in the 90s TV shows were recorded with film cameras that were powered by diesel engines.
