Conan is such a down to earth guy. He can sit and chat with anyone and as much as his shows build him up to this comedic demigod, when he's back to reality, he's such a good dude. I'll just reiterate, when the writers strike was going on, he was paying his staff out of his own pocket. Hell of a man.
