His uncle JB Hutto was one of the original true Masters of Chicago blues and the slide guitar, and Ed, is a very worthy successor. I’ve seen him four times in small clubs in Florida and he is a true gentleman. Over the years I’ve hung out with a lot of the old Chicago bluesmen who are no longer with us. Most were Great guys. So willing to talk in the club in between sets. And I mean masters, like Junior Wells, Buddy Guy, Magic Slim, Jimmy Johnson, and many others, as well as Ed. Great guys.
