I identify with Sona 1000%. I remember the lockdown drills that we used to have in elementary and middle school. We had to stay in a corner of the room and stay completely silent. I could hear everything: footsteps in the hallway, people breathing, keys jingling around, faint voices and whispers. A few minutes of that and I would just start giggling uncontrollably. I had to cover my mouth just to keep from bursting. God forbid somebody farted or there was some other funny sound (that happened once; I was practically gasping for breath) After it was all over, I remember my stomach and core muscles aching. Good times! 😂

The more you're told to sit still, the more you move -- I can relate... Once I had to get an MRI, and the technician said to me "don't swallow your saliva".
