I'll always remember the one they did that was a German game show called Schtackenblockin where contestants had to arrange items on a table at right angles. The host measures the angles of the items with a set square, and when the contestant didn't get it *quite* right he screamed "Das is nicht un Schtackenblockin!!!" in her face

Wow, every single one of these skits is brilliant, starting with Conan just using his thumb because no one remembered to put the prop remote on his desk. Laughed so hard at the Toddlers with Too Much Responsibility (esp the last one -- infectious smile!), Wild Tesch ... We need MORE Satellite TV! Surely there's programming coming out of Mars now ...

Wow! Those were crazy! Crazily funny! "Inappropriate" an the "Moneyshot Nixons" had me in stitches! They almost seem too absurd crazy to be broadcastable for 11 years ago! :) I didn't catch those old-time Conan years - - - Were those years the best Conan years when they had more green light on things or smth? I don't think they now go overboard as much.

I am so glad that I am revisiting these clips. My friends and I watched Conan when he was on late night religiously. I would tear up laughing at the skits. Satellite channels was so far in the recess of my mind despite the fact that I will occasionally say: "Inappropriate!" ... I can't find the love is caca skit online either - "And it ain't no shocka!"

I am so UNBELIEVABLY sad about Conan quitting the Late Night show. I've been so inspired by Conan that I've based most of my comedy career on his antics. Hell, a large part of my personality. For this, and many other, reason it's been a life long dream to go see a live taping of his show. I guess I waited too long. I don't have a good excuse...just that I waited too long. :,-(
