Realize he gets the extra attention all the time, so is more used to it than most people would be. In the 2000's range when this was current, I used to work at a Domino's pizza in the evenings, and delivered to them once in a while. You couldn't help but find it humorous because he looked just like Conan, and he gets that all of the time.. Actually as much as possible you acknowledge it, then just treat them like regular people, same as you do with the real celebrities. A few of the Raleigh area local TV personalities were in the area too, but really these people were more fun to deliver to, they were just normal people, he just happened to look like Conan..

My now ex-husband and I were standing in line for the Living Seas at EPCOT years ago in our 20's, and the middle-aged couple in front of us kept turning around and looking at my ex, then turning back around and talking quietly amongst themselves. Finally, the man turned around and apologized for making us uncomfortable, but he and his wife were stunned at how much my ex looked like their deceased son! They showed us a picture, and it was truly bizarre! They looked just alike: same strawberry blonde hair, same round wire-rim glasses, same body type and build, same color eyes, same facial structure. Looked like identical twins separated at birth (their son was a couple of years older than my ex). They asked if they could take my ex's picture to prove to family back home that their dead son had a doppelganger living in Florida. He consented, of course.

Conan's is a spitting image of his mom. She came into the MFA gift shop one day and she's tall! They look exactly alike well except the hair lol.

No he doesn't. He's aged a lot. His neck seems to have disappeared and his upper torso seems very squashed/compressed (due to height loss). Also his hair seems a lot thinner and he has a much higher hair line now. His face has also aged a lot.
