A first course of those that makes a party as soon as you bring it to the table, a beautifully rich and seasoned Pasta, will brighten up your Sunday and holiday lunches!
The "Conchiglioni" pasta shape lends itself to being filled in a thousand ways, I must say this is one of my favourites!
Ideal to prepare beforehand and put in the oven at the moment, even on beautiful days in the garden it is an excellent first course to serve!
🌡️Bake in a preheated oven at 185° Static 180° Fan for about 25 minutes
📝Ingredients:
250 g “Conchiglioni” type pasta
2 aubergines
1 Sausage
500 g Bechamel
Caciocavallo or Mozzarella
Grated Grana cheese to taste
Oil, salt and pepper
Basil
