Align yourself with people who do/host/put on events!! Start locally with people and organizations. You could even consider offering to help at a local annual non profit event/conference. Bonus points if it's an event with a mission that you feel passionate about. Celebrating your ideas with you @ggardner2929

LOOOVE this as a niche!! If you want to target senior living communities - start with building relationships with the people who run the communities. Once a relationship has been formed - you can offer to do "FREE" seminars - that would lead into paid clients.

YES 100% you can build your website to rank for specific key words. I have a few students who have come through my 100K Club program that have done JUST that and 90% of all their inquires and leads come from their website. Of course to be successful at that = you also need to know who your audience really is, the key words they use, and then have a website that turns visitors into people who actively reach out to you VS read and run!

Interesting that you believe that being "male" would impact your ability to be successful at this. 1) don't let your brain tell you such BS or you'll live out the experience of someone who believes your brain 2) people hire your HEART, Intuitiveness, desire to help, ability to help ( not the "sex you are or identify as ) 3) I've had men in my programs in a variety of niches become successful
