Pricing a Concierge Business

Thank you Kelly! I just discovered you and ordered your book. I watched this video and I have a question. I am starting a concierge business. I live near a huge senior citizen community and believe this demographic will be my dominant one but starting out I am also goi g to market it to include busy working people. My husband thinks I should charge a higher rate for the busy folks and a discount for seniors at least in the beginning. What are your thoughts ?
