This is absolutely stunning piece of architecture. Reminds me a lot about my previous home but mine was just bigger at 600square meters and with lots of wooden accents to soften the severity of the concrete. I would've loved to see the actual layout to have a better sense of appreciation and also the context of the structure in relation to its environment.

I want to build one a bit like this, either with board formed concrete for pretty wooden texture or with rammed earth, which looks like concrete but warmer. But I can barely afford my electricity bills so I don’t see how I can ever achieve this, unfortunately. I was a stupid idiot and bought an old church from 1700s in Shetland with all my money.

Beautiful imagineering. I only have 4 criticisms: The kitchen seems to be lacking a refrigerator and sufficient counter space for food prep, making you wholly reliant on delivery or take-away meals. There seems to be no way to heat the house in winter or cool it in the increasingly hot summers. It seems guests will have to enter your bedroom in order to use the toilet. There is no accommodation for a washer/dryer forcing you to either wash your clothes the old fashioned way, or drive to a laundromat. I think I might sacrifice some of that veranda to resolve those issues. Apart from that it's quite nice.

Hi Yanis, I thing this is not that expensive onde there are no much details. It is based on straight lines and open spaces, so, you will save on finishing. I believe that you can be creative to have something very charmous with less money. The challenge is to find the land that fit this project. All the best and happy 2022 !

I really like the minimalism and decoration but the roof and walls look too thin to have incorporated any insulation. There's no information to tell us where the house is located, so we don't know anything about local climate - hard to tell how big an impact this external envelope construction will have on possible condensation issues etc. A good video but could have been a lot more informative and interesting if it had provided a bit more background and detail.
