It's really such an insane concept of how different my experience was doing a bit of concrete with some companies compared to Ryan's company. I always hated it but watching his videos makes me miss it and wish I could have the same experience as all his guys. So lucky

I was having a real tough day, and for some reason watching Ryan's interactions give me a boost that not all is tough in the world. I do my best to emulate his professional attitude and demeanor. The biggest difference I've noticed is just how much he gives to his guys in terms of actual help with learning and the amount of patience he has. Every time I've done concrete was pretty much the polar opposite 😂
