Ryan! I must thank you for helping me keep my head up over the past three years. Three years ago I suffered a back injury removing a driveway and it led to a rare condition that no one here in Canada knows about. After years of searching I finally found someone willing to help. I had a surgery in July of 2021 but that fusion failed and I am due for my revision surgery in two days. I have been denied EI, disability and WCB. The pain, depression and stress I’ve had over the past three years was extreme. I’m so glad I found your channel way back when you had only about 8000 subscribers. Your videos really have motivated me and sent some positivity my way. I would really like to thank you for that. Hopefully in the future I can get back to finishing concrete instead of just watching the work be done on KZbin. Sincerely, thank you!

what’s weird is i live basically the same work life as ryan only as a foreman not an owner. been doing it for about 5 years now total from when i started as a yard helper. it was brutal at first but when you earn respect and learn to love what you do it makes it so much better. i watch all ryan’s videos now, last season i was introduced and i’ve watched them thats out. much respect man! your a huge role model for us younger guys

I did shows for years. Buy the flooring that is put together like a puzzle. It is cushioned and you can stand all day with no leg pain. Also, I had a show booth inventory list with my gear. It makes everything so easy and stress free.

Ryan…you need a big pad of paper. Go old school…make check boxes of things you have to do each day and check it off. This way you won’t keep forgetting stuff. You got a lot going on so this method will help a lot.

Ryan the number 1 thing you need to mentor Eric on is on time. A man goes to work ON TIME . Yes there always is emergencies but a man when he grows up does not consistently arrive at work , meetings , anything late every time . He can be the hardest worker, the best worker, but the people and customers will always remember him for his immaturity by always being late. How can he want to run his own business when he cannot figure out time ! Maybe he should be riding in your passenger seat and through osmosis it will eventually rub off on him !

Have you ever thought of getting a small cargo container and turning that into your trade show display? After you set up the inside, all you have to do is tow it to the sows and open the side door. When finished close the door and tow it home.

Ryan, to help you remember everything for future shows, you should type up a list on the computer and then laminate it and put it inside the trailer. Every year when you start packing up the trailer, you can just check it off with a dry erase marker to make sure you have everything👍

You might think about making an excel sheet , titled show booth and make a list you can use and check off everything you need to set up your booth for a show. This will allow you to assemble everything in your trailer without the stress of having to remember everything. Just load it the night before if your schedule allows. Good luck with your show, I admire you and your work ethic.
