Concrete Patio & Sidewalk Pour DIY Broom Finish

On October 24, 2022, we poured and finished a concrete patio and sidewalk for a friend/coworker. The crew is made up entirely of guys from work and none of us are concrete experts. The “job” was about 7 1/2 yards, the concrete mix was 4000 psi, 5 1/2 slump, with mid-range water reducer. The entire excavation, prep, form setup, concrete pour, and final finish were performed by us. Concrete arrived late at almost 1pm, and we were completely finished by about 5:30 pm. We are not concrete professionals but the job turned out pretty good
