Hello there. I was wondering if this works for ganache, too. I live in an island so any kind of buttercream will melt. ☹
@Cherrycakeco6 жыл бұрын
Hi! Ganache usually has a smooth texture so would be a little harder to get the effect. You could paint though in various greys :D x

Hi! When you say to use a bit of royal icing sugar in your buttercream to help it set, how much would you usually use and do you replace the normal icing sugar? I'm always battling to get my buttercream hardy enough for warm temperatures so this could be a lifesaver!! Thanks!
@Cherrycakeco4 жыл бұрын
Yes you just take out some of your regular icing sugar and replace with the royal. It depends on how you want it to set really but I replace with roughly 200g x
