I fully understand your frustrations with Tino. But at the same time, he was on the job site before Eric and Fran. They may turn up to the yard on time every day, but they then take a long time to get to the site due to their stops.

True, but it’s the principal that they meet at the yard and gather all the tools for the day and can talk about whats happening. Tino not being there adds more work to the others(not a lot of course) and then shows up at the job and repeatedly has been told to not park right in front of the job. It’s like his mind is absent(that goes for eric a lot too) , and Ryan having to call him a lot of the time to wake him up is just ridiculous.

@@Gwape_Jam I'm certainly not forgiving Tino. But Eric and Fran show up late to the job site almost every single time, leaving the others (including Tino) to set up by themselves. And often, Ryan and the others can't even start because they have to wait for the tools to arrive. They should be going to the toilet before they leave for work. I'd say that Eric and Fran are late to the job site, far more often than Tino misses showing up to the yard.

Hi Ryan, The reason Jade gets so excited is you automatically raise your voice and make a fuss of her when you see her first thing and to her it sounds like “Let’s play” . If you ignore her for5/10 minutes she will remain in the same calm state as she is with Bugs but come and say hi in a more relaxed manner. I’m guessing Bugs only makes a fuss of her at home but not all the time as Bully Breeds go from zero to full play mode in no time.

If you hit the knee hard enough, even without twisting, you can still tear ligaments. I know from experience being in a car accident. My knees collided with one another from a side impact. Tore my ACL and meniscus in both knees. Tino should get it checked out if it's bothering him.

All i'm saying is that, blunt force trauma can cause the internals of the knee to implode. I didn't see his injury too clearly, but it is possible. You don't have to necessarily twist to tear ligaments. A sledge hammer into the knee can be bad. I think he's alright though. If he tore something it would be extremely painful and bruised/swollen. @@heyjohnson5535

Hey Ryan, with those cummins engines if you don't have a good after market fuel filter system, the injectors spray at extremely high PSI and if there are particles in the fuel it will basically sand blast the cylinders causing failure and can lead to scoring. Its crazy but it happens even in normal OEM trucks that have been somewhat maintained lol

It's really just a few people sitting in an office taking calls/orders from contractors, as well as dispatching for the fleet of trucks. I drive a mixer, so I see it first hand every day. It's not that interesting, I promise. The batch office would be cool to show though. You'd see how they select different material depending on the grade of concrete, chemicals, water mixture, etc. Then you'd see a big drum in the rafters rotating/mixing the load, and pouring the crete into the hopper of the mixer truck. That's about it lol. There's dozens of videos on KZbin if you really wanted to see it

If he split up Eric and Franny so they didn’t ride together it would probably be a lot better. Tino does seem like a good worker but he needs to talk to him about coming into the yard like everyone else. Ray is good attendance but Ryan has to tell him things several times, like on this job telling him to not wash stuff right next to the forms so it won’t get muddy. But at the end of the day the job always gets done and always looks great. Which is what really matters.
