Join the concrete crew as we finish up one job and head over to the land to get the first concrete pour on that property ready to go. We are slowly making progress but it will definitely be worth it when its done! Enjoy

I used to work as a small engine mechanic for Sears in the eighties and we had almost the same thing. A person brought in a newly bought mower that was seized. They gave her a new one and the mechanic found vegetable oil in the crankcase. When you bought a new machine they gave you a choice of taking it as is or getting it “ Deluxed “ or setting it up with oil , gas and a running checkout. Luckily they deluxed the second one for no charge before giving it to them.

If spectrum or charter (cable company) was smart about it, they would've put that spliced run in a piece of pvc pipe so when it gets covered in concrete, it's way easier to replace it down the road if something happens to it again.

Aluminum can corrode in contact with cement/concrete, which is a "base" . Concrete has a high pH (up to 13) while neutral pH is 7. Its caustic nature is why it is so rough on your hands.

Honestly, I think if you were to let the kids put their hand print on the wet concrete, they’re probably less likely to destroy because now the see value in the concrete and see it as something the took part in. Plus it’ll fit in since it’s a daycare.

Sorry to tell you this about the mice, if you don’t get rid of them now ur going to have big problems in the future. I recommend when putting up ur building to dig a 1.5 foot trench around the foundation and place wire mesh around it. Those mice will dig a hole and get under. Once inside ur building they will chew up plastic and what not.
