Is it possible to completely recover from post concussion syndrome? I got a concussion over a year ago and lost my entire identity. I get fatigued, can't find my words, memory problems, getting lost in convos. I went from being that dude everybody wanted to be around to being a weirdo just from hitting my head. Idk how
