Concussions MESS UP your NECK! & NO ONE EVER TALKS ABOUT IT!

I dealt with PCS for 5 years. Severe daily headaches and brain fog. Now I am diagnosed with cervical stenosis where my bone spurs rip into my spinal cord. It’s classified as severe on my mri and my doctor was taken aback by how I got through the time without painkillers. Not only that but in that time frame I got through college and landed a job in manhattan. I got ripped while I was at it too. I achieved the most in those years while struggling with a mountain of pain. Those seem to go hand in hand. Normal life tasks like having a job, cooking the correct food, working out, all seems so trivial and stupidly easy after going through this and is incredibly easy for me. I can land any job, build any business or do whatever. I’ve proven all of those things. I am now looking at being severely disabled for the rest of my life because of the bone pressing into my spinal cord. GET A NECK MRI ASAP.

I've had 3 brain surgeries, including partial removal of my first 2 vertebrae, and work on my neck muscles with the 3rd. The result is constant pulling on my head & neck muscles, presumably from adhesions? First time here and look forward to more TBI help.👍🙏

Hi friend! So sorry to hear this! If pain or symptoms get worse with movement or activity could be a sign there is adhesion, an evaluation would be needed!

Is it normal to feel lightheaded after getting this trigger point therapy, and how many sessions does it take to fix the dura mater and calm down the suboccipital muscles?

Not normal but it can happen. The suboccipitals will respond within 1-3 treatments if it's just adhesion. If they're hypertonic (not adhesed), then the doctor has to figure out why this is happening.

Sir, my main symptoms due to concussion are as follows 1) Like, whenever I am riding bike or any other vehicle on road if pass over trenches or speed bumbs right, the bounce kinda comes and hits my brain. The pressure comes and hits my brain inside. Even if I stamp my foot on floor ,I can still feel the pressure in my head. When this happens right, I start feeling headache, dizziness, and my congnitive performace declines temporarily. I find difficult to communicate properly, difficult in recollect and all 2) Second symptom is sensitivity to noise...again those symptoms starts please reply 🙏🏿 🙏🏿 regarding this

@@drchrisstepienclips yea...neuro surgeon ..he prescribed CTE and I got it done ..no significant damages were shown But my symptoms were still persisting...no hope from him also

I hear you friend, an evaluation would be needed to see why you are still having those symptoms, What we do here to help, is to release adhesion that has been build up in the musculature of your neck because of concussions, it would also cause headaches and restrict mobility if your neck that can lead in neck pain and nerve symptoms in your upper back and eventually down your arm, Curious if you are in NJ area?
