you made my confidence to 100% ,a year back i had a bike accident and exactly after year i started having server neck pain and for past 8 months I visited almost 10 times to hospital carrying my MRI report and no doctor said any reasons as my MRI looks common with slight cervical herniation only thing they suggested is to do Physio therapy , but no result . I almost left my job for the medication and physio exercises. I watched your video a week back and started doing exercise of leaning my head to the wall both sides miraculously I noticed my pain is 90% gone and doing exercise daily you are a God to me sir.

Many, many thanks for this video. Many of my patients with concussions have experiences that are similar to what you have cited. They are frustrated with their decreased quality of life, and they are confused because they do not understand why symptoms persist despite a negative X-ray or CT scan. In addition to the great interventions you suggest, I also find that oculomotor tests can identify specific “eyeball exercises” that a patient can perform to improve their ability to focus, read, and look around while walking. Conducting an oculomotor/vestibular exam can help a patient get a better idea of “why” they continue to experience pain, can help them develop a specific treatment plan, and can provide a bit of hope. Again, thank you for bringing this issue to attention.

Was rear ended as a pedestrian while pushing a grocery cart. 4 years later I can hardly sleep or turn. Hard to lift, walk, sit ( coccyx) hips etc. I need help, insurance industry in Canada is full of fraud. Still fighting to get the help I need. Thank you

Thanks for your video. I was interested that you did not mention pain and numbness to the arms and hands as a symptom of whiplash. That is probably my chief complaint from severe whiplash in a rear-end car accident a good 18 years ago. The whiplash created a "hot spot on my back where the cervical meets the thoracic spine, and also a part in my sternum that now protrudes out and is general stuck / feels out of place. Over covid, I discovered the side lying exercise which got the front part unstuck for the first time since my car accident. I can no longer do push ups, are wrestle, lift things over my head and things like that (even lift my arm over my head, especially when I reach back). And honestly, a lot of what your sharing is painful. Are there specific exercises that you'd recommend for the issues I'm highlighting? Do you have another video? :-D Really appreciate this!

Hello, I have so many knots left upper left trap from double whiplash car accident when I was a teen. Stubborn me didn’t really do the physio exercises. Is there anything that can help me? I tried tens unit, massage ball, foam roller, acupuncture etc and it’s all temporary. It’s been bugging me on and off for 18 years. Any guidance would be appreciated

@@TarikRom-hu3jj I had the collar on 3 months. My upper right limb(right peck, right tricep, right lat, and forearm all atrophied completely from nerve being turned off).
