Thank you for sharing how to mix the colors and how to pipe the flowers! Your flowers are so gorgeous and delicate. I tried this two years ago but I gave up eventually because I feel like I’m heading no where with the problems that I’m facing and I don’t have any in person workshop to attend in my country. 😢 I’ve tried piping the flowers in room temperature that was set to 20 degree Celsius but it seems like I have hot hands and the buttercream seems to melt pretty fast. Is there anything I can do to remedy this? I tried putting them in fridge to let it firm up a little bit but it’s taking so much time to keep repeating the process, and sometimes it gets too firm and becomes hard to pipe. 😢 Could you please advise on this? Would appreciate this so much!

Hi Gwen, from my personal experience: 1. try to add just about 2 spatula of buttercream into the piping bag (just enough for 1 -2 flowers) for one time, 2. try to wear gloves when piping. Hope this helps !!!
