It never ever ever gets thrown out. It freezes very well for later use. I use it to decorate cakes and cupcakes for friends and family. Check out my playlists to see how I use it.

I tried one of your recipes but my conversion of 500g of butter seemed off…what is your conversion of 500g of butter to oz, cups, or another measurement for us in the USA? I’m asking because mine tasted like straight up butter even though I added the condensed milk and the peanut butter (I followed that one)

Conversion for US would be 2 cups of butter. Which is four sticks of butter. You can also up the peanut butter
